Perfect spot for a short stay
I stayed here for a night and the location was super convenient, just a stroll to the coach and tube. The room felt fresh and pretty new. The bathroom was top-notch—so clean! Staff were super nice and helped with everything. Breakfast was kinda light, but you won't leave hungry. Just a bit pricey for my taste.

The room was a nice size with a double and single bed, equipped with a mini fridge and tea/coffee supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. noise from the reception area and adjoining accessible bathroom was disruptive throughout the night. finding the hotel was confusing due to misleading signs, and check-out was rushed, leaving no time to address concerns.

A great spot for family travelers
I recently stayed for one night and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early and took care of our luggage until our room was ready, very convenient!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for the level of service, I’d say it’s justifiable.

Had an awesome group trip where we visited Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The location was key, and the staff were really helpful. Our room was clean and comfy. Perfect for grabbing breakfast before heading out. You can easily walk to many attractions nearby, which is a huge plus!
The only downside was the noise in our room from the corridor and trains passing by. It made it a bit tough to get a good night's sleep.

Good vibes near Victoria Station
Staying here was great! It’s super close to Victoria Station, made getting around London easy peasy. The staff were really friendly and even helped carry our bags up to our room. On the flip side, the trains nearby can be pretty loud. a bummer that the breakfast options were kinda limited. a comfy spot for first-timers.
